When you click the button at the bottom of this page, you will be taken to a Registration screen where you will be asked to enter some basic information such as your name, address, and phone number.
Enter the Required Information on the Registration Screen
Enter your Your Information (name, address, phone number), the Package Information (your Client Status will be either Single, Married Couple, or Non-Traditional Couple and the Package Type is Will), and your Account Information (email, password, and security question and answer), and Security (image code). Remember your email and password because you will need them to Login.
Click the "Register Your Account" Button
After you enter the required information on the Registration screen, click the Register Your Account button at the bottom of the Registration screen.
Open the "Activation Complete" or "Registration Confirmation" Email
Find either email sent by us. We will send you two emails. One has the subject line “Activation Complete” and the second has the subject line "Registration Confirmation" and both are sent from “firstname.lastname@example.org”.
Login to Your Account
Click "Login" in the Registration Confirmation email or the "Login to your account now" in the Activation Complete email. Enter the email and password you entered on the Registration screen and click the "Secure Login" button. You will then be taken to your Dashboard.
Click the "Proceed to Representation Agreement" Button
On your Dashboard, click on the "Proceed to Registration Agreement" button and you will be taken to a "Legal Stuff" page.
Read and Accept "Legal Stuff"
Read the "Legal Stuff". Once you have read and understand the "Legal Stuff", type your name next to the "X". Then, click the "Accept" button. You will then be taken back to your Dashboard.
If you receive an error message when you click the "Accept" button, CLICK HERE and you will be taken to a Client Login screen. Enter the email and password you entered on the Registration screen and click the "Secure Login" button. You will then be taken to your Dashboard. (An error message will sometimes occur in Google Chrome.)
Click the "Start Interview" Button
On your Dashboard, click on the "Start Interview" button. The "Start Interview" button is on the far right under the "Action" heading.
Complete the Interview
The Interview will ask you a series of questions. Each question has a "Help" button to provide you with quidance on answering the question. You can preview your documents at anytime by clicking on the "Document Preview" button. After you finish the Interview, click on "The interview is complete" button on the last page of the Interview. Please let me know when you have completed the Interview and clicked "The interview is complete" button.
The software will automatically prepare your Will, Financial Power of Attorney, and Health Care Power of Attorney based upon your answers. The documents will then be verified for completeness and accuracy. If there are any questions, you will be contacted by email or telephone.
Documents Reviewed by You
A draft of your documents will be emailed to you for your review and approval. If any changes need to be made, please advise.
After you have approved your documents, your documents will be emailed to you with instructions on how to sign them.
